Accommodations
All bedrooms are fully furnished and include extra-long twin bed, nightstand, desk and chair, dresser, and closet. Two-bedroom apartments have two individual private bathrooms with a tub/shower. Four-bedroom apartments have two semi-private bathrooms.
Living rooms are comfortably furnished with sofa, sofa chair, coffee table and end table. Every apartment has a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher and stove-top oven as well as built-in dinette table with chairs.
Telephone service, microwave, dishes and utensils are not provided. All facilities are air conditioned and non-smoking.
Linens
Guests are encouraged to bring their own linens. Optional linen packages are available for $10 rental. Each linen package includes bed linens, blanket, pillow, and two towels.
Meeting Facilities
Illini Tower offers a variety of meeting facilities to make your event an enjoyable and productive experience. Our Clubhouse includes modular seating, kitchenette, wireless Internet, and a 50” plasma television perfect for videos and PC presentations. The Group Meeting Room is equipped with whiteboard, wireless Internet, television and DVD/VCR (optional), 10 rolling desks and 20 chairs that can be arranged as needed. An outdoor pavilion and ample green space is available for outdoor activities. Meeting facilities and A/V equipment are available at nominal fees.

Recreation Facilities
Your group will enjoy full access to our recreation facilities including swimming pool, hot tub, sand volleyball court, basketball half-court and barbecue pavilion. Too warm outside? Our Clubhouse is the perfect place to lounge and watch a movie on our 50” plasma television; or, guests can play a round of pool or foosball in our new recreation room.
